This medieval wedding scroll was created as a surprise wedding gift, from beloved parents. The text is very personal, pious and from the Heart. We decided to decorate it with the tendrils and berries of Ivy, symbol of immortal and everlasting Love.
My personal surprise for the Clients was adding the golden leaves on the raised gesso, which really makes an extra impression, as the Ivy leaves and berries look like they come out of the paper. It is hung on wooden rods, which I hand-painted in the matching colors, and packed in a round gift box decorated with handmade details.
Adorable and thoughtful wedding gift for the newlywed couple, especially if they like the medieval style🏰. Can also be an anniversary gift, or maybe, Valentine’s day gift…
